Apologies - I posted this already in Miscellanous topic which was the wrong spot. Hi, I'm sure this has been answered, but maybe I miss it because I'm not Dutch. On the old slower Tele 2 modem, you could NAT port 80 to an internal port 80. You got a message saying control was now mapped to port 8080 for the modem. All worked. On the new moddem, I can set up NAT on port 80 but I dont get the message (so the entry is created for HTTP Web Server) but when I connect from outside I get the tele 2 modem logon prompt. Port 80 NAT does not work.  How can I get external port 80 to point to an internal port 80 web server? Will it work? If not, why is it blocked?  HELP!! |

I have good news for you. Your webserver is already up and running and visible on the internet. The modem does not support NAT Loopback. This inhibits you from connecting to the webserver via your WAN ip address. You can only see your webserver on an another internetconnection or by an internet proxy. By the way, I can see your WAN ip address on the forum here. That's how I found your webserver..  |
