For cancelling the contract with T-Mobile your well within the seven work days limit. Maybe they did not understand correctly what you really wanted. Maybe a Dutch speaking friend can make a call to the help-desk for you. |

If you Google for a beginners guide on twitter, you will find enough information. You have to join Twitter first. And then write a messages with your problem on their Twitter page. Then you have to wait for a respond to your Tweet. Twitter is a fast medium en very public. It's by far the fastest way to contact Tele2 Webcare. |
